I am Gerold Holsmölle, European Energy Manager with DIN ISO EN 50.001 certification, physicist, mechanicalengineer, productmanager, concept and plant developer as well as certified specialist for renewable energies and consultant in international projectmanagement.
As an energy and plant specialist, working in the background for many years, I am nowactive in ENP as a business field developer and implementer in project, product and business field development. Since 1986, I have been actively gathering knowledge in mechanical engineering and experience in innovative business fields of renewable energy. I also spent 10 years in activeservice in the German CivilProtection, which taught me a lot about structures and motivations for decisions and planning.
My professional life began at RAWE, a former large textile company in Nordhorn (Lower Saxony, Germany). After an apprenticeshipas a universal industrial fitter, followed by an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineer ing technician and a degree in technical physics, I have been using my "hands-on" skills in the field of efficient energy systems since 1996 in planning, development, sales, installation, service, after-salesaswellas in business development and the procurement of subsidies for private and corporatecustomers. From 2008 to 2017 I implemented international projectsaswellas national patent developments.
In 2022, I decided to shift my focus to Thailand because of my family and the enormous new opportunities in this diverse country. In Thailand and Vietnam from 2009 to 2013, I developed, planned and integrated large solar thermal process heating systems into ongoing production facilities. I developed and programmed the necessary control and evaluation systems myself.
Now my further activities are in project development, knowledge transfer, guidance and monitoring of new business areas that are related to my field of knowledge for ENP.
Cooperation, interesting topics and sometimes disruptive new but conservative oriented business areas have interested me since my “first” banking relationship with a creative cooperative bank in 1983. Since then, I have focused my thinking in the area of “collaborative enterprise with value creation” in connection with sustainable topics.
Unfortunately, here in Thailand, asalmost everywhere in Southeast Asian countries, the issue of environmental protection is still very far from whatis possible and what I understandby environmental sustainability and protection. Therefore, and motivated by my knowledge and experience, I am developing a center for the conversion of “older” but still usable buildings in the heart of Thailand based on government decisions, in cooperation with local specialists,a center for the conversion of “older” but still usable vehicles fort he “wealthy” as well as for “farmers” to an e-drive, at a relatively low cost. In addition, theexpansio nof solar power, wind power, hydropower and the use of stationary battery systems, energy management systems and charging infrastructure are of course in focus.

A future project is concerned with knowledge transfer and a “trainingcenter” for regenerative systems, in cooperationwith German companies and a Thai business partner. Various other business areas are being considered.
Another earmarked project deal swith digital blockchain assets for the validation of landareas, CO2 reductions, biodiversity assessments, etc., worldwide. And another, closerprojectis in progress in thefieldof bio-activated carbon with rapidly renewable raw materials for long-term CO2 binding.
I was therefore very happy to accept the position of Director and COO at ECO-NATURE-PRODUCTS PLC and will now make all my knowledge of sales, business development, environmental protection and technology available to ENP and all the companies involved, as well as to investors.
The construction of an ECO-Nature subdivision in Thailand is in progress and is expected to be completed in 2026.

My name is Norbert Kessler, I am an electrical engineer, environmental engineer and certified coordinator in international project management.
As an environmentalist by passion, I will now accompany ENP in matters of environmental protection and environmental technology with my knowledge and my active cooperation.
My working life began at Rheinstahl Henschel in Kassel, later at Daimler Benz, Kassel plant. This was followed by 10 years at NachtmannKristallglas. In 1995 I started my self-employment as an environmental consultant. In the following time I realized various environmental projects in Canada, Brazil and the Philippines.
During this time I founded the humanitarian association "DCK in Bosnia-Croatia and Herzegovina" together with doctors, lawyers and company owners. As a member of the board, I often carried out larger transports of relief supplies to various war zones. As the largest transport I was responsible for the action: 1000 tons of potatoes for needy children in these war zones. These were distributed with 48 trucks and innumerable flights of the US Air Force, or dropped with the so-called Airdrops. I sometimes accompanied the transports myself and personally handed them over to the starving population.
During this time I saw the enormous environmental damage in the war zones and decided to provide further help here. Through personal contact with President Milorad Dodik from Banja Luka and the Minister of the Interior BrankoVukelić from Zagreb, I worked with a team to develop various environmental projects that were carried out late but quite sustainably. These include orderly landfills, water purification with constructed wetlands, and sustainable recycling of materials from crude oil processing.
After a busy working life, I re-established old contacts in the Philippines and accepted an invitation to visit the island of Siquijor. I immediately had the feeling of being at home here. I felt that I had arrived.
Unfortunately, here, as everywhere in the Philippines, the topic of environmental protection is still very far from what is possible and what I understand by environmental sustainability and environmental protection. Therefore, and motivated by my knowledge and experience, I developed a completely new environmental center on the island of Siquijor, which did not yet exist in this form.
The Philippines became my adopted country and when I met Mr. Siegfried Schmitt, the CEO of ECO-NATURE-PRODUCTS PLC, we had a very long exchange about the possibilities this fantastic country offers and we checked our intersections. He presented his projects to me in great detail and we realized that together we can achieve so much more.
Therefore, I was very happy to accept the board position and the position of CTO at ECO-NATURE-PRODUCTS PLC and will now offer all my knowledge about environmental protection and technology to ENP and all the companies involved, as well as to the investors.
The construction of an ECO subdivision with about 30 sustainably built houses, as well as the environmental center I am planning, will be the highlights of my professional career. I am very grateful to have been given this opportunity and will put all my heart and soul into these projects.
